Delete your MangoPad account
You can request that your MangoPad account and the data associated with it be permanently deleted at any time. Deletion is processed by our team and completed within 30 days of a verified request.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to wani420@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my MangoPad account”.
- Send it from the same Google account email address you use to sign in to MangoPad — this is how we verify the request belongs to you.
- We will confirm by email once deletion is complete, within 30 days.
Have an active subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it — subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it first in the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions), or you may continue to be charged.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (the name and email address from your Google account)
- Your profile and writing-style preferences
- Keyboard access tokens for your devices
- Subscription and free-trial records stored on our servers
- Usage counters (daily request counts)
- Analytics events linked to your account identifier
The text you process with MangoPad’s AI commands is sent to our AI provider only to generate the result and is not stored on our servers, so there is no message content to delete.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and billing records are held by Apple and Google as the payment processors; we retain minimal transaction references only as long as required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged automatically within 90 days.
Deleting some data without closing your account
If you want to remove specific data (for example, your saved writing-style preferences) without deleting your account, email us at the same address and describe what you’d like removed.
